All terms of this agreement must be accepted prior to TheThirdEyeTarot conducing a reading. By entering a contract with TheThirdEyeTarot you agree with the cancellation and or, refund policy.

Readings by TheThirdEyeTarot are in no way a substitute for seeking professional help or assistance, any reading by TheThirdEyeTarot should not be used as a replacement for medial and or professional advice. Readings by TheThirdeyeTarot are for entertainment purposes only.

 TheThirdEyeTarot refuses all liability regarding the psychic reading. By agreeing to this form, you agree that you:

1. Have voluntarily decided to take part in this reading.

2. Are at least 18 years of age and have not been declared incompetent.

3. Have requested a reading from TheThirdEyeTarot of your own free will.

4. Understand that your reading cannot be used as a substitute for any type of medical or mental health issue or therapy session.

5. Agree that TheThirdEyeTarot may seek permission to use any feedback given as a testimonial where only first name and location be given to comply with privacy.

6. Due to new laws on data protection email addresses will be deleted after reading is complete except for regular clients whose permission to keep on file will be sought.

7. You have read and understand this before entering into an agreement.
